Tuan Cha Kee Chin (Rasah) advocated for the Ministry of Education (KPM) to include mother tongue language subjects (Chinese for Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan (Cina) and Tamil for Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan (Tamil)) in the curriculum for Program Pendidikan Khas Integrasi (PPKI) classes, as these subjects were currently absent, making the curriculum similar to Sekolah Kebangsaan.

Tuan Cha Kee Chin stated that out of 19 Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan (Tamil) SJK(T) schools in Seremban district, three (16%) had Special Education Integration Programme (PPKI) classes, using this statistic as part of a comparison to highlight the lower percentage in Chinese-medium national-type schools (SJK(C)).

Tuan Cha Kee Chin inquired about the status of SJK(T) Ladang Labu Bhg. 4, which had a new site for relocation in Rasah, and requested central government funds for its assistance. He also advocated for the relocation of an SJK(T) from Tampin, which had 10-15 students, to Rasah Jaya or Thivy Jaya in Rasah, where it was expected to serve over 500 students.
