SJK(T) Connect is operated by Tamil Foundation Malaysia. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

School data: We collect and display publicly available data from the Ministry of Education, including school names, enrolment figures, teacher counts, GPS coordinates, and administrative details. Subscriber data: When you subscribe to Intelligence Blast, we collect your name, email address, and optional organisation. Contact forms: When you contact us, we collect your name, email, and message. Claim verification: When school representatives claim their page, we collect their MOE email address for verification.

We use your data to: display school information on the platform, send you intelligence digests and alerts you have subscribed to, verify school representatives, respond to your enquiries, and improve our platform. We do not sell your data to third parties.

We use the following third-party services: Google Maps (to display school locations and maps), Brevo (to send transactional emails and newsletters), and Google Cloud Platform (to host our platform). Each service has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email. You can request deletion of your subscriber data by contacting us. School data sourced from the Ministry of Education is public information.
